Astral Tech Advisors is an Atlanta-based bookkeeping and financial consulting firm. We handle the financial back office for small and mid-sized businesses: monthly bookkeeping, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and fractional controller work.
We do not do tax. We are not trying to take over anyone’s client relationship. We clean up the books and hand back something you and your client can actually work with.
The tell is an owner who is doing their own books at night.

After the client has been with us for 90 days. That window exists so you are never in the position of having vouched for something that fell apart.
Often yes, but your own professional conduct rules may require you to disclose referral compensation to your clients, or may restrict accepting it. Please check. And if your rules make the commission awkward, tell us and we will simply refer work to each other instead. Honestly, a two-way referral relationship is usually worth more than a one-time check.
We will, in writing, either way. You will also hear from us when the 90 days is up.
We review every application personally and get back to you within two business days. If it is a fit, we will send you the partner agreement and everything you need.
